Public Hearings, Agenda & Minutes

Audience of people seated in a conference room, facing a panel of blurred speakers at a podium. The atmosphere is focused and formal.

Public hearings provide residents with an opportunity to learn about zoning, land use, and historic preservation cases and to share feedback with decision-making bodies. All hearings are open to the public.

The Planning Department posts meeting schedules and agendas in advance to help residents stay informed and participate in the process.

How to Participate

Residents may provide written or in-person comments during public hearings, depending on case type and hearing format.

Public participation may include:

  • Commenting during hearings
  • Submitting written comments (if accepted)
  • Attending meetings to listen and learn

Participation instructions are included in each agenda.
