Treasury
The Treasury Division is responsible for managing and monitoring cash, bank relationships, debt, investments and the purchasing card. Its mission is to be a steward of the county’s cash with three overriding principles:
- maximize the safety of the funds.
- manage and monitor liquidity.
- achieve the highest possible yields, within the framework of the agreed upon risk parameters.
