2026 Capital Improvement Program

CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson's proposed 2025–2034 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) outlines investments in DeKalb County's water and wastewater infrastructure to help maintain reliable service, improve system performance, and address current and future infrastructure needs.
