Efforts to improve the watershed system throughout DeKalb County continue Monday, Feb. 2, with the launch of the West College Avenue Water Main Replacement Project. Crews will replace approximately 11,300 linear feet of ductile iron water pipe between South Candler Street and Emeril Drive.
