What's Included
Annual Assessment Fee Includes:
- Weekly garbage collection (95-gallon cart)
- Weekly recycling collection (45- or 65-gallon cart) optional
- Weekly yard trimmings collection
- Bulky item collection (furniture, appliances)
Standard Containers:
- Free 95-gallon garbage cart (green)
- Free 45-gallon recycling cart (blue) if requested
Upgrade Options:
- 65-gallon recycling cart ($25 one-time fee)
- Additional carts (Extra annual fee + $25 per cart)
How to Apply
Required Documents:
- Proof of property ownership (deed, purchase agreement)
- OR lease agreement (for renters)
Payment Required:
- Prorated annual assessment fee (based on application month)
- Any upgrade fees (if requesting larger recycling cart)

- Service is once weekly on assigned day
- Same day for garbage, recycling, and yard trimmings
- You will receive collection day information with cart delivery

Garbage Cart (95 gallon, green)
- Included: Free with service
- Usage: Bagged household waste only
- Placement: After 7:00 PM night before, by 7:00 AM collection day
Recycling Cart Options
45-gallon (blue) - Free
- Standard size for most households
- Holds typical weekly recyclables
65-gallon (blue) - $25 upgrade fee
- Larger size for high-volume recycling
- Better for families or businesses
Cart Guidelines:
- Only county-issued carts will be serviced
- Keep carts in good condition
- Do not overfill or contaminate
- Report damage or theft promptly
