DeKalb Voter Registration and Elections Board (DeKalb VRE) unanimously certified the election results on Jan. 15, 2021, from the Jan. 5, 2021, runoff election for two U. S. Senate seats and the public service commissioner. Following the required signatures by DeKalb VRE’s board members, the certified results will immediately be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State.

DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections (DeKalb VRE) has finalized details for the special election to fill the vacant Georgia House District 90 seat, previously held by long-time lawmaker Pamela Stephenson. On Friday, Jan. 15, DeKalb VRE’s board unanimously approved early voting and drop box locations for the Democratic primary election.

On Jan. 18, a single westbound lane along East College Avenue, between Pine Street and Maple Street, will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., while crews work to rehabilitate 400 linear feet of ductile-iron sewer pipe. This section of East College Avenue will reopen on Saturday, Feb. 13.

On Jan. 18, portions of the westbound and eastbound lanes along East College Avenue, between Commerce Drive and Avery Street, will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., while crews work to rehabilitate 410 linear feet of ductile-iron sewer pipe. This section of East College Avenue will reopen on Saturday, Feb. 13.
