Central Staff

Central Staff provides administrative and legislative support to the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners.

The team works closely with commissioners to coordinate agenda items, prepare meeting materials, and support the legislative process that guides county policy and decision-making. Through research, coordination, and day-to-day operations, Central Staff helps ensure the Board’s work is organized, transparent, and focused on serving the residents of DeKalb County.
