Cost: $35(ages 5-6) / $75(7-17)

Winter Cheerleading - August 1 - October 31

Cheerleading registration is $65 for ages 5 to 14 and will include one uniform and additional fees. The basketball and cheerleading programs begin Dec. 13. Practice dates and times for basketball and cheerleading programs will be determined by the recreation center. Participants must present a birth certificate at registration.

Golf

DeKalb County offers two public golf courses open year-round with Tiff Dwarf Bermuda greens. Walking is welcome with non-metal spikes. Both courses feature private and group lessons, a driving range, putting green, practice bunker, and full-service clubhouses with snack bars, pro shops, and lockers. Advance tee times are available, and men’s and women’s golf associations are active. Affordable rates include senior and junior discounts as well as annual passes.

Tennis

DeKalb County offers premier tennis facilities at Sugar Creek Tennis Center and Mason Mill Park DeKalb Tennis Center, with programs for players of all ages and skill levels.

Sugar Creek Tennis Center

The center features 10 hard courts and 4 newly renovated clay courts. Court rates are $3/hour for hard courts and $4/hour for clay courts. Programs include lessons, leagues, tournaments, youth camps, and drop-in play. Mason Mill Park DeKalb Tennis Center

This facility has 16 hard surface tennis courts with 10 courts designed to be interchangeable for pickleball use. Agape Tennis Academy manages the Mason Mill Park DeKalb Tennis Center and offers lessons, leagues, camps, pickleball, and tournaments for all skills levels.
