The DeKalb County Community Development Small Business Loan Program provides below-market-rate financing for fixed assets to help both new and existing small businesses grow and succeed in DeKalb County.
In addition to supporting local entrepreneurs, the program plays a key role in creating and retaining jobs, fueling economic growth, and strengthening the community.

Business Growth Accelerator

DeKalb County Community Development, in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, offers accelerator programs to help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow and succeed.

Through interactive sessions and one-on-one coaching, participants gain essential skills in business management, planning, strategy, access to capital, and securing contracts – tools to strengthen leadership and business growth.

Eligible participants include:

  • Existing business owners operating in DeKalb County
  • Business owners living in DeKalb County, even if their business is located elsewhere
