Registering your litters promotes responsible pet ownership and accountability within DeKalb County. This initiative supports Animal Enforcement efforts to reduce violations related to pet litters and ensures compliance with local ordinances that help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy community for residents and animals alike.

How Do I Register?

Animal Litter registration is administered through the county’s online system, and registration is FREE.

You may even qualify for FREE vaccines & microchips for each member of your litter.
