The DeKalb Office of Youth Services Offers a coordinated continuum of programs that guide children and young adults toward positive, responsible citizenship. Through partnerships and evidence-based designs rooted in human development, we deliver leadership development, mentorship, arts and entertainment, technology and problem-solving, violence prevention, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.
Our balanced portfolio aims to deter harmful behaviors, reduce delinquency and recidivism, and support well-rounded growth. Our mission is to empower the next generation of students, graduates, and workforce members through strategic programs and partnerships.
