N. Carter Road, between Forrest Boulevard and Chester Way, will experience a full road closure through Friday, December 20 to facilitate a watermain replacement at 940 N. Carter Road, Decatur, Ga.
Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area during the road closure period advising motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions.
