Construction to replace sewer lines and manhole structures

Efforts to improve the watershed system throughout DeKalb County continue Monday, April 28, with the launch of the Roman Court Sewer Improvement Project.

Crews will replace approximately 3,391 feet of gravity sewer main between Roman Court and Brockett Road. This sewer improvement project is expected to last approximately twelve months (April 2025 to May 2026), barring any weather delays.

Normal construction hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An increase in construction-related noise and traffic during work hours should be expected.
