Grant Drive Road Closure Begins May 8

On Friday, May 8 through Saturday, May 30, crews will install a road closure on Grant Drive at the intersections of Dresden Drive and Grant Drive as well as Thompson Road and Grant Drive. All through traffic will be detoured to Thompson Road, and access within the closure area will be limited to local traffic only. This road closure is required to replace water lines as a part of the Grant Drive Water Main Replacement Project.

Road closure and detour signs will be placed during the road closure to advise motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions. 

Normal construction hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An increase in construction-related noise and traffic during work hours should be expected.
