DeKalb County Board of Registration and Elections Approved Series of Polling Place Changes for June 17 Special Primary

The DeKalb County Board of Registration and Elections (DeKalb BRE) unanimously approved a series of proposed polling place changes during its regularly scheduled meeting on March 13, 2025. These changes, which include multiple temporary relocations and one permanent adjustment, will take effect during the June 17  Special Primary. 
 

Temporary Relocations
These precincts will be relocated for the June 17 Special Primary but will return to their original locations for the November 4, 2025, Municipal/Special Election:

•    Stone Mountain Elementary (SD) Precinct: Moving from Stone Mountain Elementary School to Georgia Military College, 5325 Manor Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30083.
•    Stone Mountain (SQ) & Stone Mountain Champion (SP) Precincts: Moving from Champion Theme Middle School to Georgia Military College, 5325 Manor Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30083.
•    Cross Keys High (CO) & Woodward (WJ) Precincts: Moving from Cross Keys High School to Woodward Elementary School, 3034 Curtis Dr, Atlanta, GA 30319.
•    Livsey Elementary (LV) Precinct: Moving from Livsey Elementary School to Midvale Elementary School, 3836 Midvale Rd, Tucker, GA 30084.
•    Montclair Elementary (MJ) Precinct: Moving from Montclair Elementary School to Briarwood Recreation Center, 2235 Briarwood Way NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.
•    Kittredge Elementary (KG) Precinct: Moving from Cary Reynolds Elementary School to Montgomery Elementary School, 3995 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30319.
 

Permanent Relocation
•    Dresden Elementary (DC) Precinct: Moving from Dresden Elementary School to John Robert Lewis Elementary School, 2630 Skyland Dr, Atlanta, GA 30319.
