DeKalb Cooperative Extension Announces Family and Consumer Sciences Classes

DeKalb County Cooperative Extension will host lunch and learn Family and Consumer Sciences virtual classes for free. 

The “Preparing For the Holidays: Your Fiscal Wellness” class will be on October 14 at 11:30 a.m. This class will discuss basic financial planning for the upcoming holiday season, different types of budgets, and tips on saving. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3ZLWfUf

The “Ready, Set, Rest: Getting Enough Sleep” class will be on October 28 at 11:30 a.m. This class will teach participants to reduce health risks associated with inadequate sleep, and the new trend of the sleepy girl mocktail. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3ZLWfUf.
