DeKalb County Cooperative Extension will host lunch and learn Family and Consumer Sciences virtual classes for free.
The “Preparing For the Holidays: Your Fiscal Wellness” class will be on October 14 at 11:30 a.m. This class will discuss basic financial planning for the upcoming holiday season, different types of budgets, and tips on saving. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3ZLWfUf.
The “Ready, Set, Rest: Getting Enough Sleep” class will be on October 28 at 11:30 a.m. This class will teach participants to reduce health risks associated with inadequate sleep, and the new trend of the sleepy girl mocktail. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3ZLWfUf.
