“Expanding access to advance voting locations helps improve the voter experience in DeKalb by making it easier and more convenient for people to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day,” said DeKalb VRE Executive Director Keisha Smith. “We try our very best to avoid modifications to Election Day polling places. However, with these changes, we are committed to ensuring impacted voters are well aware of the necessary changes by issuing direct communications to those voters, placing prominent signage at the changed locations and amplifying messages across various communications channels.”
