Construction to upsize sewer lines

Efforts to improve service capacity throughout DeKalb County will continue with the launch of the Cobb Fowler South Trunk Sewer Upsizing Project

Crews will upsize approximately 3.3 miles of sewer lines. 

This project is expected to last approximately 36 months (spring 2025 to summer 2028), barring any weather delays.

Normal construction hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

An increase in construction-related noise and traffic during work hours should be expected.
