DeKalb County Commissioner Steve Bradshaw will begin his fourth year of Quarterly in the Fourth Community Breakfast meetings that will be held virtually for the foreseeable future. “I have missed having in-person community meetings with constituents and I hope that at some point this year we will be able to resume these meetings at community-based locations,” Commissioner Bradshaw said.

DeKalb Voter Registration and Elections Board (DeKalb VRE) unanimously certified the election results on Jan. 15, 2021, from the Jan. 5, 2021, runoff election for two U. S. Senate seats and the public service commissioner. Following the required signatures by DeKalb VRE’s board members, the certified results will immediately be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State.

DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections (DeKalb VRE) has finalized details for the special election to fill the vacant Georgia House District 90 seat, previously held by long-time lawmaker Pamela Stephenson. On Friday, Jan. 15, DeKalb VRE’s board unanimously approved early voting and drop box locations for the Democratic primary election.
