Our public outreach serves to educate citizens about the importance of parks, recreation centers, programs and the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts and Community Center. Through community outreach programs, the Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department encourages citizens to promote active and healthy lifestyles in DeKalb County by improving their knowledge, awareness and understanding of the department's services and programs.
Participation in these outreach programs is free and offered to residents, community groups and businesses in DeKalb County.
