The Department of Purchasing & Contracting is increasing its efforts to implement small business supplier development initiatives. We endeavor to collaborate with other County stakeholders and organizations to assist in the development of small businesses as they prepare for participation in the County's procurement process and the Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) program.

Through our initiatives we hope to provide additional insights on the County's procurement process and other business skills needed to succeed within the public procurement marketplace.
