DeKalb's Purchasing & Contracting Department's Journey to Procurement Excellence
DeKalb County has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to continue our Journey to Procurement Excellence by announcing our transition from a paper-based solicitation process to a fully automated, eProcurement system. Below are the bids and proposals currently being solicited and the corresponding closing dates for each. Our new eProcurement Portal will allow interested parties to do the following:
- Register to receive notifications and bid on future opportunities by subscribing here to create an account.
- Be guided through the process of responding electronically to all procurement opportunities and ensure submissions have been accurately completed.
- Follow updates to existing solicitations by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
- Streamline bidding through a paperless bid experience with DeKalb County.
