DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond and the Board Commissioners have created 700 summer internships for the youth of DeKalb County.

Quick Facts:

Learn & Earn: 

  • $10/hr. for 20 hrs./week.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • DeKalb County Residents

  • Ages 14-24

  • Available for all 5 weeks

Duration: 

  • June 3 - July 5, 2024.

Application Deadline:

  • April 23rd at 11:59 p.m.

 
 
 

Selection Process: Candidates will be chosen through a lottery system. Those who are selected will receive notification through the email address they have provided on their application. Special Note: Upon receiving notification, selected participants must act promptly to confirm their participation and secure their position in this year’s virtual training program.
