DeKalb Cuts Millage Rate in 2015 Midyear Budget Adjustment (Police body cameras, economic development and infrastructure needs also addressed)

DeKalb County approved the 2015 Midyear Budget Adjustment which lowers the overall millage rate to 20.81 mills, down 0.4 mills from 21.21 mills in 2014.  The tax rate decrease is the first downward adjustment since 2004.
