The Emergency Management Response Team (EMRT) is an adult volunteer organization trained and designed to support the DeKalb County Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) in various capacities. These include community disaster preparedness education, response assistance during emergencies and disasters, and, most importantly, community partnership development.
