Electronic Plan Review (ePlans) for Building Permits is now live!

As part of our commitment to innovation and customer service, DeKalb Development Services has launched ePlans for all Building Permits, Land Development Permits, and Planning Applications as part of a multi-year effort to overhaul its permitting and business license operations.  

Applicants are now able to submit their plans electronically or check the status of plan reviews from anywhere in the world through the ePlans web portal. This process is saving applicants thousands of dollars in printing costs, while helping to streamline the permitting process and reduce review times.
