DeKalb Adjusts Swim Season Through Sept. 5

DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Interim CEO Lee May announces the county’s swim season will be on a modified schedule from Aug. 8 through Sept. 5, due to the start of DeKalb County public schools.

Four pools will only be open Saturdays, noon to 6 p.m., and Sundays, 1 to 6 p.m. Those pools are:

• Gresham Pool, 3113 Gresham Rd., Atlanta, GA 30316
• Lithonia Pool, 2501 Park Drive, Lithonia, GA 30058
• Medlock Pool, 874 Gaylemont Circle, Decatur, GA 30033
• Midway, 3181 Midway Road, Decatur, GA 30032

The Browns Mill Family Aquatic Center, 4929 Browns Mill Road, Lithonia, will remain open on weekends only through Labor Day, Sept. 5.
