DeKalb Cooperative Extension Announces Family and Consumer Sciences Classes

DeKalb County Cooperative Extension will host lunch and learn Family and Consumer Sciences virtual classes for free on Zoom. 
 

The “Mindful Eating Through the Season” class will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:30 am. This class will teach participants how to learn to eat with intention and to pay attention to your actual eating experience, without distraction. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3A9yknB. 
 

The “Holiday Stress” class will be on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 11:30 am. This class will discuss how everyone experiences stress in life. Some stress can be healthy and give you a sense of purpose. But long term stress can have negative effects on your body and your health. Register for this class at https://bit.ly/3A9yknB.
