DeKalb Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Partners with the How Big Is Your Dream Foundation to Host Third Annual Academy of the Arts

DeKalb Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs in partnership with the How Big Is Your Dream Foundation, whose founder and CEO is the renowned drummer Jorel “JFly” Flynn, will host the Third Annual Academy of the Arts summer camp at the Porter Sanford, III Performing Arts and Community Center, 3181 Rainbow Dr. Decatur, Ga. 30034.

The day camp is for children aged 10 to 18 and will run Monday through Friday from June 3 – 21. Each day lasts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with breakfast and lunch included.

The academy will provide a positive environment of learning and is designed to encourage individuals that aspire to have a career in the field of music and arts with instruction on various instruments, voice, dance, music technology, lifestyle management, and academic achievement.
