Crews to replace portions of water main system

 

Efforts to improve water service capacity throughout DeKalb County will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 10, with the relaunch of the Miriam Lane Water Main Replacement Project. Crews will work to install 14,000 linear feet of new 8-inch-diameter water main on and around Miriam Lane in Decatur.

The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management has initiated this construction project as a part of ongoing maintenance to improve water service countywide.
