  • Adding on to an existing commercial building may require a Land Development Permit. For more Information, click the following link on obtaining a Land Development Permit.  
  • The property owner, Developer, architect/engineer or contractor may apply for a New Construction Permit.
  • Once a contractor has been designated, anyone other than the license holder will have to also submit an Authorized Permit Agent Form.

Supplementary Forms

 

  • Residential, for permitting and plan review purposes, includes only Single Family Detached Houses and Duplexes. All other structures are considered Commercial.
  • The home owner, Developer, architect/engineer or contractor may apply for a New Construction Permit.
