DeKalb to Demolish Six Blighted Condos on Aug. 30

DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County will demolish six blighted properties at the Hillsides Condos on Friday, Aug. 30.  Since 2017, DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond has enhanced county blight fighting initiatives to address derelict properties with the county demolishing or abating more than 300 property in two years.
