Lorraine Cochran-Johnson to Take Oath of Office

DECATUR, Ga. – Lorraine Cochran-Johnson, recently elected to represent Super District 7 on the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners, will take the oath of office during a ceremony on Jan. 4, 2019, at 3 p.m. at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center, 3181 Rainbow Drive, Decatur, Ga.

During the public ceremony, DeKalb County Probate Judge Bedelia C. Hargrove will administer the oath of office and Judge Penny Brown Reynolds will deliver the keynote speech.

The public is encouraged to attend. A meet and greet will be held immediately following the ceremony.
