Watershed Management Appoints Engineering Manager

DECATUR, Ga. – The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management is pleased to announce the appointment of F. Keith Laguaite, P.E., as engineering manager over the Division of Planning and Development. He will be responsible for reviewing plans for new developments and ensuring that the water and wastewater systems meet or exceed legal requirements.

Laguaite’s experience spans 28 years and has been focused on the water, wastewater and environmental fields, including seven years with Fulton County Water managing the collection and distribution systems.  He can be contacted at 404-371-4918 or fklaguaite@dekalbcountyga.gov.
