DECATUR, Ga. – Old Rainbow Drive, between Columbia Drive and Rainbow Drive, will be closed to through-traffic from 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016, through 9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, to make improvements on a gravity sewer.
Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area during the road closure period to advise motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions.
