North DeKalb Senior Center Grand Opening

DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis and the DeKalb County Department of Senior Services will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 10 a.m., at North DeKalb Senior Center located at 3393 Malone Drive, Chamblee, GA 30341.

The North DeKalb Senior Center is the last of three senior centers recently constructed in the county. The center features computer classes, exercise classes, a full catering kitchen and more.

The public is invited to join CEO Burrell Ellis, county officials and staff at the dedication ceremony, which includes dance presentations from North DeKalb Community Dancers and Lou Walker Line Dancers. Refreshments and tours of the center will be available after the ribbon cutting.
