Hearn Road Lane Closure Scheduled on Nov. 8-9

DECATUR, Ga. – A single lane of Hearn Road near Corn Creek Bridge will be closed intermittently from 8 a.m. through 4 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, and Thursday, Nov. 9, as heavy equipment for the Hearn Road Lift Station Replacement Project is delivered at 4317 Hearn Road, Ellenwood, GA. The Hearn Road project is part of DeKalb County’s $1.345 billion capital improvement program.

Motorists that use Hearn Road should expect delays and plan for extra commuting time. Lane closure signs will be in the area alerting drivers to the construction zone and local traffic restrictions.
