Elam Road Closure Extended to Nov. 2

DECATUR, Ga. – The Elam Road closure to replace a storm drain pipe, between Rowland Road and South Hairston Road, has been extended to Thursday, Nov. 2, until 9 p.m. The road will remain closed to through-traffic and road closure signs will be posted advising motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions.
