The DeKalb County Long Range Planning Division invites the McNair neighborhood to its inaugural "Community 101" public meeting on Thursday, July 18, at 6:00 p.m. at the N.H. Scott Recreation Center, 2230 Tilson Rd, Decatur.
The “Community 101” program provides training under the DeKalb Community Academy to residents in unincorporated DeKalb, equipping them with knowledge about available services offered by the DeKalb County Planning & Sustainability Department.
Participants will get answers to questions including:
- How can the community address infrastructure needs?"
- How can the community address blight in our neighborhood?
- How can I get involved?"
