DECATUR, GA. – A recount of the votes cast in the Commission District 7 special election race will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 18. The recount will be held at the office of the Board of Registration and Elections located at 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300, Decatur.
