Notice is hereby given by the DeKalb County Certificate Review Board that the public hearing on the following appeals will be held on the following date:

Appealing Party/Applicant: Sheba Ethiopian Restaurant Inc.
Appeal to the Certificate Review Board to review: These appeals concern the DeKalb County denial of Sheba’s 2017 DeKalb County Business and Occupational Tax Renewal and the revocation of its Business and Occupational Tax Certificate issued in 2016 (the “Appeals”).
The hearing before the Certificate Review Board concerning the decisions made in relation to the Appeals, business and occupational tax certificates referenced above has been scheduled for Monday, July 24, 2017, from 3 to 5 p.m. The hearing will be held at the following location:
