Aqua Aerobics and Zumba Registration Now Open

DeKalb County’s East Central DeKalb Community & Senior Center’s aqua aerobics and Zumba program registration is now open.

Patrons ages 18 and up are invited to register for aqua aerobics. The registration fee is $60 and is a six-week program designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The program will be offered on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Zumba registration is $60 for ages 18 and up and will be offered on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The six-week program will offer exercises to increase power, agility, cardio, endurance, and overall strength will be introduced with modifications for all levels.  

Participants can register at the East Central DeKalb Community & Senior Center, located at 4885 Elam Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 or by visiting www.dekalbcountyga.gov/parks and clicking the “Register Now” button.
