Rainbow Park Amphitheatre Date Hold Form

Access Time - The time you will need access into the park.
Load in Time - The time you need to load-in any supplies, props, etc. for your concert.
Gates Open Time - The time the gates will be opened for patrons to enter the park. 
Event Start Time - The time your event starts.
Event End Time - The time your event ends (when guests, customers, etc. should be leaving the event).
Strike Time - The time everyone is out of the park.

Amphitheatre Rules:
    No smoking.
     No glass bottles or glassware.
     No sun umbrellas (in ground).
     No grilling.
     No protesting.
     No fireworks.
     No alcohol without permit.
     Coolers are permitted.
     Only service pets allowed.
     Lawn chairs and/or blankets allowed.

Event reservations must be made 30 days prior to the event date.

Concessions, dressing and/or green rooms must be provided by the applicant.

Sound monitored by Cultural Affairs staff.

Park Hours 9am – 9p.

Season – April through September.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center organizations should provide the following insurance coverage for use of the arts center:

• DeKalb County should request a minimum of $1M of General Liability coverage. Higher limits should be considered for the largest events.

• General Liability policy to be primary and non-contributory with waiver of subrogation in favor of DeKalb County. Policy to name DeKalb County as an additional insured.

• Statutory Workers Compensation for organizations with employees

• Commercial Auto Liability coverage at limits of $1M and primary and non-contributory, with waiver of subrogation in favor of DeKalb. Policy to name DeKalb County as Additional Insured (To the extent that the exposure exists)

• Crime coverage with a Third-Party Endorsement should be considered if there are any valuable works of art housed at the facility. Organizations that serve alcohol shall provide General Liability Host Liquor Liability Endorsement. All insurance must be evidenced on the standard ACORD form certificate of insurance. All insurers must be licensed to do business in the state of Georgia. Acceptable insurers shall be rated “A” or higher from the rating agency A. M. Best.

     Rental Fee - $1,600.00
     Food Truck Fee - $250.00
     Sound/music permit - $25.00
     Bounce House - $225.00
     Vendor Fee - $225.00
     Permit to sell alcohol is from DeKalb Planning Department and a permit to
     pour is $75 from the RPCAA.
     $1M of General Liability Insurance
